Lammas is known as the 1st Harvest. The date is usually the 1st or 2nd of August. It celebrates the 1st of our garden crops or the 1st of our plans that have come to fruition .To celebrate the grain harvest, bread is made on this day. (Which we will have!) Lammas fits right between the activity of summer and gratitude of fall. This is the time of year when we reflect back on the last few months and consider how far we’ve come… and what is still to be done before summer comes to a close. Come celebrate this wonderful time of year with a Lammas feast, honor the New Moon, have a bon fire, and of course working with the cards.
