Reiki I for Kids with Maria Davis, Kailey Brooke and Christy Abate October 8 @ 6-8pm and October 9 @ 3-5pm* This class will be FUN and INFORMATIVE: movement, smudge wands, guidebook, crystals, and MORE! Reiki offers a simple and safe method to help children cope with stress, focus in school, and learn to value themselves. At the completion of class, they will have a tool to support and empower them in everyday life situations. The class will include: 1. Understanding energy 2. Chakras and auras 3. Self Care and grounding 4. History of Reiki 5. Using Reiki on yourself, others and pets 6. Reiki Attunement Ages 7-14. Bring yoga mat. Certificate awarded. $175 *Must attend both dates.
