You say “meatball,” we say “polpetta.” That’s Italian! In this class, we’ll make traditional meatballs using Maria’s Sicilian Grandmother’s much-loved recipe. Bring a 3-quart pot with a lid to take t meatballs and sauce (which we will also make in class)home. Amore! ……….and enjoy a glass of wine!
